Come to the Macroday website on Sundays to pick up the week's challenge.
When you have a suitable MACRO (any photo that is within a few inches of a subject and attempts to magnify it, showing the subject from a closer perspective than humans ordinarily see it) image upload it to your site, then enter your picture link on Macroday.
Posting for a given week will end just before midnight GMT every Saturday, when posting for the following Sunday will commence.
The week's links will then be open for voting until the next challenge is posted. The results will be displayed immediately, meaning that the links will, once voting closes, appear sorted by number of votes, in descending order.
The link you submit should be to a page containing the MACRO (any photo that is within a few inches of a subject and attempts to magnify it, showing the subject from a closer perspective than humans ordinarily see it) image you want to participate in the challenge, and that image only. Please DO NOT link to your main blog page or to a page with several images, unless of course, they are to be treated as one work of art (i.e. dypthics etc.).
You can obviously also submit a direct link to an image...

Failure to comply with these rules will most likely cause your link(s) to be deleted.
This may sound obvious, but... The picture(s) you submit should be your own work, you are solely responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the display of your linked page.
On that note, the images are never stored on macroday.com and remain the property of the copyright holder(s).
